{Featured Clients} Under The Big Top Circus Party - The real deal

I did a preview for this post a couple days ago. Here is the full post / the real deal. So excited to share!

Tricia, a fabulous wedding planner from California, has been wonderful to work with on her daughter's circus themed 3rd birthday party! She sent us a few pictures to share as a preview. Many more to come! She did an outstanding job with her daughter's party.

Tricia started with the new circus invitation that we have our our etsy site. Then, her ideas just kept coming for more coordinating items!

She even had us create custom personalized address labels for her invitation envelopes.

I am so excited to share her photos!
This is her invitation (names, etc smudged out):

Here is how she displayed it at the party - so cute!

Here is the entrance to her party. We designed a party logo which she used for signage in lots of places. We did several versions of the logo and used them for signs for "petting farm", "arts and crafts" and "photo booth".

And look at the decorations!! It looks like you are under the big top with the streamers!

Adorable tables and I am in love with the party hats!

Her banner looked adorable! We just added custom banner products to our etsy shop - we can create pennant (seen below) or circular or any shape you prefer!

Check out how the adorable water bottle wraps turned out!
We designed so many logos for Tricia - one of them being for the popcorn boxes (HOW ADORABLE are those boxes?!)
I love these!

Everyone LOVES cotton candy and what is a circus party w/o some of the yummy confection!? Check out how cute she displayed them! Another party logo sticker on the front, of course, designed from our etsy shop!

Here was her arts and crafts station at the party.

Look how adorable her cake was!

How cute are her favors!? She added a label around the bubbles (similar to the water bottle wrap) - it said "got bubbles" and we put a photo of her daughter on it) She then wrapped it with a cello bag and tied it all cute with coordinating red/white striped ribbon. Of course her party logo sticker is on the outside too - it said "Thank you for coming to sophia's 3rd birthday circus!"

Now you can see why Tricia is a wedding/party planner!? All the details were fantastic!

Marathon Shirt Design!

Our fabulous customer, Kate, had such a cute idea to have us make a logo that she could have printed on tee shirts to support her brother as he ran the Boston Marathon 2010.

She is such a "theme" person and every detail is fully thought out with her. She gave me a few concepts that are synonymous with Boston and we decided to go with the Dunkin Donuts theme since Boston is big on Dunkin.

Here are some of her pics. She had 20 family members that all wore this shirt and hats. So cool! What a good sister you are, Kate!

What a trooper!

She even had signs made!
Supporters young and old!
The big group of supporters! If I ever want to run a marathon (never gonna happen), I have high expectations of getting a big group to come cheer me on! ;-)

Thanks for sharing your photos, Kate!

{Featured Clients} Kate's Barnyard Bash

Kate, a fabulous and wonderful client of ours, goes over the top with details when she plans a party. Her (adorable) sons have birthdays somewhat close together, so she get the double whammy in birthday planning. I'll be sharing her other party as well!

For her son's 1st birthday, she did a barnyard bash, and oh it was so cute. I'm going to post lots of pics for you to see!

We designed custom logos for her to use throughout the party. We didn't have a barn invitation at the time, but have since gotten inspiration to do so. This is the design we currently have in our shop.

How fun is that?
Here are some of the logos that we designed for Kate:

You will see how she utilized our party logos throughout her party in the photos below.

It started by her using one of the logos (she had it resized larger) for a poster on the front door. So fun!

How cute are her napkins? (Cow bell and all!) You can see our logo on the chick feeder. Yes, I said chick feeder! She had little snacks for the kiddies setup in a CHICK feeder! How creative!

See! I told ya:

Here it is again, in use! I think that is so hilarious!
Party hats! Love how creative Kate is. She adorned the hat with our logo that we created custom for her party.
Look at how adorable her table was. She had eggs with the guests names on them. She used our logo for centerpieces and also on the cups. Another creative thing - she used the logo to make a napkin seal. I love it!
The tables looked so fitting! Love the balloons!
This girl means business when she chooses the farm theme! She even had a pie eating contest!
Here is a table with "chick feed"!

Xachariah's Garden! Check out the logo on the dip! (plug, plug, pluggin andersruff.etsy.com!) haha.
We all love Horizon Organic milk... and the cows on it just happen to go with her theme! I love the carrots sticking out of the little pots on the table. Look at the big ant on the table, too!

Look how cute her cupcakes and cakes are! I just love the cupcakes! Marshmallows for the sheep! AHH! I want a barn party!

We all know how much I love favors. I obsess over them. Well, I about died when I saw how cute her favors were!

Hats and favors lined up so nicely!

Kate and her adorable boys... Xachariah blowing out the candles on his HUGE chick cake! LOVE the barn cake,... LOOK!

Happy Birthday Xachariah! (So adorable wearing his logo adorned cow print hat!)
Thank you, Kate, for sharing all these wonderful ideas with us!!!

The Real Deal

Just took some photographs of the printed invitation. I had some strange sun coming into my screened in porch, so these are not the best photographs, but here is the invitation front/ back and how it looked all packaged up and ready to mail...

{Coming Soon} Jeffrey's 5th Birthday

My little Jeffrey is turning 5 in about a month. I can't believe it!

You know what is going down in the Anders household - party planning... and lots of it!

This year we are doing a pool party. We will use the terrace at our village hall pool for all of the setup, and the kids will enjoy the water! Our pool has the "zero-entry", which is awesome for kids of all ages. It's like stepping into the ocean w/ the gradual entry instead of the water being over most kids heads! (Much less stressful for moms, too!)

I am really looking forward to this one. This will be our first party that is not at our house or grandma's house. Should be interesting! I know I won't have all the time to decorate, so the setup ought to be super stressful,... I mean - interesting.

I sent out invitations yesterday. I will take a real photograph of the actual product that went out.

I used a graphic logo that I designed to create a custom stamp from photostamps.com.

I also created a custom return address logo w/ Jeffrey's info.

The front was adorned with a big ole' address label that had my favorite pattern - houndstooth!

For now, digital will do:
FRONT:

BACK:

I had them printed with our amazing press printing company that we use. They did them on a nice linen card stock. I sent them off in clear vellum envelopes.

Stay tuned for more!

100 Reasons why you gotta love Adria....

I will be posting 100 reasons why you gotta love Adria. Although, not all in one post ;-)

Reason 1: She is fun. She bought "S.S" for the kids on Easter-eve and brought a big bucket of fun "secret surprises/ silly string" for the kids after dying easter eggs.
Oh, J loved having all the leftover silly string in our newly cleaned up yard, let me tell you.

Reason 2: b/c she is like a kid and doesn't care what people think... Case in point:
Reasons 3-100 coming soon. ;-)
