{New to the shop} New Designs

We have some new designs that we recently added to the shop.... Check them out!
(We need to update you all more often on our "new designs"!)

Looking for something? Let us know and we will add it to our "inspiration/future designs" list.

Here are just a few new ones....

We did some logos for a client (to use for cupcake toppers and stickers for her "sprinkle" that she is hosting)... we are going to come up with an invite to match SOON!
Another client loved our sweet gumball invitation but was having an ice cream parlor party, so we created one with ice cream for her in the colors she needed.
Another great client needed a bird themed invitation (which we had) but wanted it with different colors and the added swirly frames. Look how cute it turned out! (Isn't the baby cute cute CUTE!?)

A long time client of ours (so loyal!) needed a western themed / cowboy invitation. We love how it turned out!
We loved it so much that we did a girl version! Horseback riding anyone?
I will get my stuff together and post more of our new designs soon!

{Fabulous Finds} I found a treasure! MiniMooh, a place for handmade clothing, and the blog (efootprints.com)

Jen, the owner of MiniMooh, on etsy (formerly Growing Up with Charissa) has a blog that is a must-see! www.efootprints.com is her inspirational blog full of eye candy and DIY ideas as well as great ideas on home organization and cooking! (Can I just say that her recipes all look fantastic - I can't wait to try!)

Jen is going to be working with us soon on something spectacular. Can't get into details just yet, but we are SO impressed by all of her ideas on her blog that we just had to share this great blog/find with all of you.

The first thing that caught my eye was her etsy shop that has the MOST adorable handmade clothing and accessories. She seriously could be the most unique clothing designer for handmade clothes that I have seen in a long time! She also sells patterns and instructions, which is even better for those of us who love to sew!

I am sure I will be posting again about her, but I just wanted to introduce her and share a few of my favorite posts and DIY projects on her blog include the below. (head over there for instructions, I'm just sharing the eye candy) I am so impressed by how she reuses simple things to create beautiful things!

1) Hanging BOOKS (inspired by the PB Kids catalog)

She couldn't have been more creative! She used soap boxes! SO creative!

2) Stilts!

and

3) She shares great finds... .like THIS one... (I am obsessed w/ cute bento boxes recently and this one is just oh-so-cute!)

A big favorite (and adding to my to-do list) is...

4) Purposeful Play - she explains REALLY interesting ways to organize your house/playroom into zones for learning. REALLY makes sense! She is such a great mom! I need to set aside a weekend to do something like this (oh, alright, maybe a full week!)

5) Fabric Floral Necklaces
I can think of a bunch of my friends who would LOVE to make these.... You just have to see her instructions - so easy to follow, and what a CUTE idea!

Now, we all LOVE to shop, right?
You really should check out her shop, on etsy, because her dresses that she designs are so divine!
You should check out her old shop, too, because she has some other items on there as well! (including patterns and DIY kits!)
A few of my favorites:

Thanks for being such an inspiration, Jen. Not only as a crafter, but as a mother and a homemaker!

{Coming Soon} Preview of Client Party - Under The Big Top

Tricia, a fabulous wedding planner from California, has been wonderful to work with on her daughter's circus themed 3rd birthday party! She sent us a few pictures to share as a preview. Many more to come! She did an outstanding job with her daughter's party.

Tricia started with the new circus invitation that we have our our etsy site. Then, her ideas just kept coming for more coordinating items!

She even had us create custom personalized address labels for her invitation envelopes.

I am so excited to share a preview of her photos!

Here is the entrance to her party. We designed a party logo which she used for signage in lots of places. We did several versions of the logo and used them for signs for "petting farm", "arts and crafts" and "photo booth".

And look at the decorations!! It looks like you are under the big top with the streamers!

Adorable tables and I am in love with the party hats!

Check out how the adorable water bottle wraps turned out!
We designed so many logos for Tricia - one of them being for the popcorn boxes (HOW ADORABLE are those boxes?!)
I love these!
Lots more to come!

{Coming Soon} Jeffrey's 5th Birthday

My little Jeffrey is turning 5 in about a month. I can't believe it!

You know what is going down in the Anders household - party planning... and lots of it!

This year we are doing a pool party. We will use the terrace at our village hall pool for all of the setup, and the kids will enjoy the water! Our pool has the "zero-entry", which is awesome for kids of all ages. It's like stepping into the ocean w/ the gradual entry instead of the water being over most kids heads! (Much less stressful for moms, too!)

I am really looking forward to this one. This will be our first party that is not at our house or grandma's house. Should be interesting! I know I won't have all the time to decorate, so the setup ought to be super stressful,... I mean - interesting.

I sent out invitations yesterday. I will take a real photograph of the actual product that went out.

I used a graphic logo that I designed to create a custom stamp from photostamps.com.

I also created a custom return address logo w/ Jeffrey's info.

The front was adorned with a big ole' address label that had my favorite pattern - houndstooth!

For now, digital will do:

I had them printed with our amazing press printing company that we use. They did them on a nice linen card stock. I sent them off in clear vellum envelopes.

Stay tuned for more!
