We shared with you some sneak peaks from our NYC trip this past December, and today we want to show you the real deal. This party will keep you drooling for more! One of our favorite clients, Zulema, contacted us to design a Formula 1 Race Car invitation for her partner's 50th Birthday Celebration. Zulema was the Event Stylist (Zueats Events) for this amazing soiree and we worked with her on every graphic detail and more - from custom invitations to the final touches at the actual event.
We started by creating an invitation inspired by a retro Formula 1 poster, but used a photo of the actual birthday boy, Nick, from his racing days.

Zulema packaged the invite in a tri-fold wrap, with a matching envelope seal... she even found flag stamps - so perfect!
The venue was hand-picked by Nick & Zulema... they rented the SoHi room at the brand new Trump Soho Tower. You could see all of New York from every window. (these photos don't really do it justice... the view was unbelievable!)
Zulema picked a geometric eye-catching backdrop to set her table, and we designed the collection around this (and the racing theme)
The Chocolate covered Oreos were made by: Sweeties by KimMoet Champagne favor gifts - sooo good!!!These matching Sugar cookies were made by: The Cookie Jar

Incredible-you did such an amazing job!
How do you create the back drop for the cake table?
On this project - we used fabric and velcro to adhere to the wall.
Oh thats easy. Thank you!!!
What a glam party! I love every detail. You two look fabulous!
FABULOUS! LOVE that cake!
This is so great! You don't often see a grown-up (especially a man's) party so prettily done up. But you did a wonderful job at combining the car racing elements with the cute touches.
