{Straight from our Studio} Kids Craft - Thanksgiving Placemats

Gobble Gobble - it's Thanksgiving Week!!! We wanted to share with you some festive ideas for the upcoming holiday.
Two years ago, I asked my children to draw some Thanksgiving Hand Turkeys, and to write an "I am Thankful for" message to our family.
I liked the artwork so much, that I decided to turn it into placemats, decorate the table-settings and then give away as favors to all the Grandparents, Cousins, Aunts/Uncles. I scanned in their artwork, and added a graphic design to "jazz" them up a bit, plus help match my dining room decor! :)

I made plenty of extra so I could also use them again for the following years....

In any event, my relatives thought this was such a memorable keepsake (grandparents like ANYTHING their grandchildren make), and needless to say they were a huge success!

My kids loved showing off their artwork, and were so proud to set them at each place-setting.
I went ahead and designed a FREE PRINTABLE for THANKSGIVING MENUS for all of our readers.
You can either set several out at the children's table to them to use as coloring pages OR you can follow my easy instructions on how to turn them into memorable placemat keepsakes!

We will post Thankgiving Holiday ideas, crafts and more later this week!

I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I'm still new to the whole thing. Do you have any points for beginner blog writers? I'd definitеly apprecіate it.
