SaSa Originals was founded by Sara Golden in November of 2009. Sara was taught how to sew at the age of four by one of the most influential women in her life, her Grandma T.T. (Her grandmother’s nickname for Sara was SaSa, hence the name for her Sara’s Etsy shop). As a child, Sara made pillows, blankets, and many other creative items as gifts for family members. Sara’s love for the arts continued well throughout her college years and in 2003 she graduated with a degree in Studio Arts.

Sara is currently a stay at home mom to a 3 year old, a 20 month old, and is expecting baby number three in February. She is one busy mom for sure! Sara’s children are a huge inspiration for her work, and she feels the most at peace with herself and the world when she is creating art. She loves to sew, paint, decoupage, and make jewelry. Sara pays attention to detail and always strives to create quality items. Her plush animals are adorable. Here are just a few from her shop:
