{Featured Clients} Mia's Birthday Celebration - A Carnival to Remember!

Jennifer Medina of Petit Delights sent me photos from a party that she was hired to plan and
I am very excited to feature this party on our blog today.

Carnival parties are SO much fun. What is not to love?

Candy, popcorn, clowns, rides, more candy... bright colors!

Jennifer came to us and liked our Vintage Clowning Around printable package, but needed the colors changed to the palette of the party. Well, the whole thing turned out adorable and we now offer the package in the shop (cotton candy colorway)

It is so great to see the final product of a super fantastic party. Jennifer and the Petit Delights team did a wonderful job of coordinating a LOT of details.

We have a lot of eye candy to share as well as info from Jennifer on the planning process.

In Jennifer's words:

"When we were first asked about helping with a carnival party, I didn't know we would be taking care of the entire production but I am sure glad our client trusted us with the details! We had so much fun coordinating every aspect of this party! Here are some of the details:

Inspiration: Our initial inspiration came from our first meeting with our client Tiffany. She wanted to have a carnival party for her daughter Mia but with a pink palette and coordinating colors. This was something really different and we thought it would be really fun! She wanted to include animals and lots of color!

Activities: Our client wanted a true carnival experience for her daughter and all of her guests so we coordinated to have a balloon artist, a face painter to draw on children's faces, cotton candy and popcorn machines, a mini-ferris wheel and a mini-carousel for the little ones, a pony for rides, a carousel-themed bouncy and lastly, a stilt walker! Yes, a stilt walker! It truly was a carnival to remember!

Thank you for sharing, Jennifer!

I can't believe the extent they went to in order to make this a real carnival.
WOW. I wish I were on the guest list ;-)
Beautiful, beautiful job!

We are so excited for this week's giveaway from MakMayDesigns. Our very own Becky of the Anders Ruff team recently threw for her one year old son, Matthew, a customized "Whoot of Thanks" themed birthday party. Matthew, of course, was the center of attention as was his adorable "One" tee shirt, custom made by another Becky, owner of MakMayDesigns! Check out pictures of Matthew's party as well as MakMayDesigns' fabulous creations.

Totally adorable!

How cute are these bottle wrappers: H - whoo - O.

"Owl Pops" favors (chocolate covered oreos) adorned with our matching tags.

Becky of MakMayDesigns kindly shared with us a bio about her and how MakMayDesigns came to be.

In her own words, “Makmaydesigns was born out of my love of quilting applique and the need for cute & unique tees for my girls to wear. The name *makmaydesigns* comes from my daughters’ names, Makenna & Maya. I am inspired by fun fabrics & love to see my ideas come to life in my designs. I am so fortunate to be able to build my business from home & still be the stay at home mom I always wanted to be. “

Now on to the eye candy!!

A Woody tee!

Just imagine your six year old princess sporting this to her birthday party!

I love Mom (perfect for Mother's Day)

I've asked Becky to make me one of these in my size (just kidding, kind of).
