{Giveaway} $100 Gift Certificate to Daily Grommet

We are very excited about this week's giveaway (a $100 gift certificate) from Daily Grommet, which by the way, is one of our very favorite sites. Why? Because, they sell products that no one else does and they have a really cool "story". Read on!

In their own words, "Daily Grommet is an online marketplace where every day at noon, one inventive consumer product or service (and it's story) is launched. People all over the world suggest products. Daily Grommet tests and curates the best ideas, and then creates a video review and word of mouth campaign for each product. When a product launches on Daily Grommet, a discussion board is also launched on site where people can chat directly with the creator of the product."

{Featured Parties} A Robo-tastic Robot Party

Domo Arigato, Mr. Roboto. (I just had to say that!)

We recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, the host of Sonoran Living, a TV Show that is based in Arizona. When she told us she was having a robot party for her son, we were thrilled to create a new custom robot collection.

Our sweet friend, Nancy, of A to Zebra Celebrations is a good friend of Stephanie and helped Stephanie style the party. The two made an absolutely excellent team and I am so excited to share the results!

The robot party was held at a private park and the children enjoyed the splash pad (FUN!) and included water activities, treats from an amazing dessert table and a ROBOT pinata....

The guests were greeted by a sign from our printable collection...

How precious is the dessert table!? I love how bright and cheerful the table feels with all of the colors from the collection - blues, orange, yellow, gray.... Read on for more details from the focal table...

Stephanie displayed the cutest robot lollis (bought from Oriental Trading!)

I adore the cupcakes and the wrappers remind me of little gears along the top!
Stephanie embellished treat containers and cupcakes with our printable cupcake toppers.

Cassie Selle of Cakes by Cassie made the cupcake tier for Stephanie out of wood and then Stephanie painted it and embellished with ribbon.
Check out that pinata! Nancy's mom has a custom pinata business and she made this pinata to match the printables! Amazing, right?

Also, the Robot cake pops (inspired by Bakerella's tutorial)

I love how she styled the table - adding fun DIY crafts like the circle robot crepe paper "flags". She used the printable robot from the banner and double matted it with cardstock and made a crepe paper fan for the backside.

Stephanie made the pretzels and Marshmallows literally right before the party. SO cute!

Another adorable shot of the table with that amazing pinata, fans and treat display!

This robot cake is amazing.... I just love the display, too! (By Cakes by Cassie)

Stephanie used our printable banner along the front of the dessert table. She layered the circle gears on top of cardstock that she cut with her cricut.

I also love the display of the chocolate bars - CUTE little robot enjoying his chocolate ;-) "Robot Power Cells" and "Computer Chips" printable wrappers were wrapped around the chocolates.

Stephanie made these bottlecaps for favors for the kids. She purchased them from an etsy store and embellished with a 1 inch punched printable party logo.

Perfectly fitting favor pails from Target $1 Spot.
A printable favor tag adorned these shiny metal tins...
GREAT job on this party, girls.
Just had to share a photo of he beautiful ladies - Nancy and Stephanie....
Domo Arigato! ("Thank you" in Japanese...) for sharing your beautiful party!

{Featured Parties} A Whimsical Carnival Party

I LOVE to share client parties and THIS one is one that really excited me!

Do you remember the precious carnival party that we recently shared from Jennifer Medina and Joanna Garcia, of the Houston based event styling company, Petit Delights?

Well, we were so excited to see another set of photographs from another jaw dropping carnival party that Jennifer recently coordinated (and Joanna photographed!).

They sent out an Anders Ruff customized "Clowning Around" invitation to invite friends and family to Aris' carnival birthday party.

Guests were greeted by a festive balloon archway and stilt walker, Roly.

Check out the amazing balloon clowns that lined the entrance as well.

Hello, beautiful day! The bouncy house is SO cute - perfect for the carnival.

Doesn't this look like a REAL Carnival?
Beautiful centerpieces styled by Petit Delights...
Now, one of the focal points - the sweetest dessert table!
Printable birthday banner from our Clowning Around Collection...
Aren't the balloons stunning!? There are balloons used in this that I've never even seen! The twists and swirls and sparkles and letter balloons! LOVE THEM!
Now, onto the treat detail...
Perfect cake pops..PERFECT!
I love how they used our printable party logos on the sticks! Creative! See, there are SO many uses for party logos beyond your standard cupcake topper, favor tag, etc.

Another shot at the beautiful dessert table. I just want to JUMP into the photograph (and eat some treats as well ;-))
What's a carnival without whirly pops!?
I love the use of classic red/white wrapping paper for their displays...
These cookies are little masterpieces themselves.... WOW.
Printable party labels accessorized the beautiful cookie display...
Aren't those Big Top cookies amazing!?
Now, this photo is going to blow your socks off... This is quite possibly the most perfect carnival cake!!
Cool down with a bottled water - a stylish one to coordinate, that is.
They used our printable drink wraps to spruce up their water bottles....
The gift table...styled with a printable pennant banner....
More and more entertainment everywhere you go!
Balloon Art! Clown face painter and cotton candy machines... nostalgia.

Check out Roly - he entertained further with his unicycle and juggling acts...

Beautiful party! This was was really over "the big top", if you know what I mean! Another amazing job, Petit Delights!
