{FREE} DIY Bag Tag Template - Great for Back To School

If you are like us, your kids have several bags for school ;-) (I accessorize my BOYS, even haha!). I am always scrambling to find a tag to put on their lunch box, gym bag, backpack, etc. That was until I started making luggage tags for party favor tags! I'm always trying to think of favors that will not get tossed the day after the party. Luggage tags did the trick! Parents love them because they can reuse them and they are CUTE! (What better than a cute, useful, favor!?)

We put together 8 Do-It-Yourself Templates for bag tags/personalized labels that are great for back to school. You can think outside the box, too! These could be printed on sticker paper and used to label folders/binders, lunch bag stickers or anything else!

We want to start offering free printable graphic design templates for our fabulous followers. Are you excited!?

GIRLS
e wanted to design something that would match a large variety of bags/lunchboxes. We were inspired by Pottery Barn Kids current line and figured a majority of people buy sweet little bags and lunchboxes from there.

Motifs: Owls and butterflies
Patterns: Ditzy dial dot pattern, polkadot and chevron (on the backside as well)
Colors: Sage green/Pink combo & hot pink w/ brown.
These should hopefully appeal to most of your little girls!

Here is what the templates look like (cute pattern on the back when you fold it!):

BOYS
Even though Legos and Star Wars are what boys seem to love, we stay away from characters as much as possible (not only is it illegal for us to do that, but we like to think outside the box!)

Motifs: Retro Cars and Monkies
Patterns: Checkerboard, chevron, stripe and argyle (for the prep in me!)
Colors: Blues/green combo, red/aqua/brown combo
These should hopefully appeal to most of your little girls!
